Jamie & Amy Benson Managing Owner, Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Licensed Insurance Agent (Life and Health)

Jamie is the son of James and Robbie Benson, founders of Benson Funeral Home (1975).  Jamie is a 1983 Honor Graduate from Paulding County High School; 1987 Graduate from Georgia Tech (Business Management); 1988 Graduate from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science (Associates Degree).  Jamie is married to Amy Burel Benson.  Amy is a 1985 Honor Graduate of Henry County High School; 1989 Graduate of Georgia Tech (Business Management)  Amy owns and operates Amy's Flowers and Gifts.  They have two children;  Morgan, a 2013 Honor Graduate from Paulding County High School and graduate of Berry College, and currently works in Dallas, Ga as a Physicians Assistant; Reagan, a 2016 Honor Graduate from Paulding County High School and  2020 graduate of Truett-McConnell University.  They attend Pickett's Mill Baptist Church.

Tony & Susan Wilson Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer / Owner

Tony is the son of Hugh and Faustine Wilson.  He is a 1973 graduate of Paulding County High School and a 1988 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service.  He is married to the Susan Benson Wilson, daughter of James and Robbie Benson.  Tony and Susan have been married since June 13, 1975 and are the parents of two children.  They also have two grandsons.  Susan is a retired Family Nurse Practitioner, graduated from Georgia State University. Tony is a Master Mason and member of Dallas Lodge # 182 F&AM.  Tony and Susan enjoy reading and traveling.  They are members of Narroway Baptist Church.

Lindsey Eberhart Fuller Licensed Funeral Director/ Embalmer

Lindsey Eberhart is a life long resident of Paulding County and the daughter of Debra Eberhart and the late Jeff Eberhart. She is a 2004 graduate of East Paulding High School. Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Criminology from the University of West Georgia in 2009. A licensed funeral director and embalmer, she earned her mortuary science degree from Jefferson State Community College in 2013. Lindsey previously served as the manager and funeral director at her family's former firm for approximately four years before coming to work at Benson Funeral Home in April 2017. In addition to working at Benson, Lindsey also serves the community as the Paulding County Coroner elect, and she is an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star Dallas Chapter 492. In addition, Lindsey is a member of North Paulding Baptist Church where she works with the youth and children. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff Fuller, and her "bonus kids" Davis and Dallas Fuller. Jeff and Lindsey reside in Dallas.

Reagan Benson Funeral Apprentice

Reagan is the daughter of Jamie and Amy Benson. She is a 2016 honor graduate from Paulding County High School, and a 2020 graduate from Truett McConnell University with a Business degree in Business Managament. She is currently attending Jefferson State Community College where she is getting her Associate's Degree in mortuary science to become a licensed funeral director and licensed embalmer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a member of Pickett's Mill Baptist Church.

Thomas Cole Funeral Assistant

Thomas Cole is a life long resident of Paulding County and the son of Florence Cole and the late J.C. Cole. He has been married to his wife, Cathy Cole, for 45 years and they have four daughters, twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren, all of which reside in Paulding County. Thomas is the pastor of North Paulding Baptist Church in the Burnt Hickory Community of the county. He attended Paulding County High School and holds an Associates Degree from Gwinnett Hall Bible College and a Bachelor's degree in Christian Education from the Conservative Theological Seminary. Thomas served in the US Army as a paramedic. He previously served as an apprentice funeral director and embalmer for 20+ years in a local funeral home before coming to work at Benson Funeral Home. Thomas also serves the county as a Deputy Coroner. In what little spare time he has, he enjoys spending time with his family. Thomas also enjoys hunting and fishing whenever he can sneak off from all the responsibilities God has blessed him with. Thomas enjoys serving the people of Paulding County and believes that all pastors should be involved in the lives of the people in this great county.
